Initial Study and Mitigated
Negative Declaration [PDF]
Determines whether the project may have a significant
effect on the environment.
The documents find no significant environmental impacts
associated with the City's plans to transform its
two-mile segment of Rosemead Blvd. into an accessible,
pedestrian-friendly corridor.
The City will also hold public hearings
to solicit verbal and written statements on February 28
and March 6, 2012, 7:30 p.m., in the Temple City Council
Chambers, 5938 Kauffman Ave.
