TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

Temple City Dial-A-Ride Program provides curb to curb transportation service for Temple City residents living within the City limits and approved unincorporated county areas adjacent to Temple City with restrictions, 60 years and over or under 60 years with a physical, psychological or developmental disability certified by a physician.

Unincorporated County Area adjacent to Temple City between Duarte Road to the north, the railroad tracks to the south, San Gabriel Blvd. to the west and 6th Street to the east

 Persons under 60 years with a physical, psychological, or developmental disability must complete a Physicians Verification Form and return with application

NOTICE:  Service for unincorporated county areas will take effect
                on July 1, 2010

               Applications will be processed at City Hall, 9701 Las Tunas Drive
               Please allow 2 days for processing

Proof of residency required with application. If under age 60 and disabled, the Physicians Verification Form is required at time of submitting application.
