Temple City
Dial-A-Ride Program provides curb to curb transportation
service for Temple City residents living within the City
limits and approved unincorporated county areas adjacent to
Temple City with restrictions, 60 years and over or under 60
years with a physical, psychological or developmental
disability certified by a physician.

return with application

Applications will be processed at City Hall, 9701 Las Tunas
Drive
Please allow 2 days for processing

Proof of residency required with application.
If under age 60 and disabled, the Physicians Verification
Form is required
at time of submitting application. |
