Planning personnel conducts studies, analyzes data, writes
reports, evaluates development proposals, recommends General
Plan and Zoning Amendments and provides other similar land use
control services. The City's Facade Improvement Program and
redevelopment program are also administered through Planning.
Resident, homeowners, business owners, developers, contractors,
etc. may obtain Zoning, Planning and Economic Development
information by visiting or contacting the public counter in City
