Better known as "ROPS", the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule identifies enforceable obligations of the former Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency and their source of payment.
Prepared annually, the ROPS is submitted to the California Department of Finance for independent review. A determination letter is then sent summarizing results of its review and, if applicable, ordering adjustments to the ROPS submittal.
