The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is a funding and expenditure plan that identifies planned and projected capital project needs for a five-year period.
The CIP is updated annually, following best practices for the financial solidity of the City. Regular updates allow for the consideration of changing needs and priorities, which are vetted by Council during the annual budgetary process.
