The City Council is the legislative and policy-making body for the City of Temple City. Comprised of five members, each are elected at large by Temple City voters. Terms for City Council seats are staggered at four years, and non-partisan elections are held every two years. The position of Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem rotate annually in March.
