Background
The Primrose Park project will provide a half-acre of green space on the 5900 block of Primrose Avenue, just north of Las Tunas Drive. The space joins the city’s existing Temple City and Live Oak parks, both designed and built by Los Angeles County prior to Temple City’s incorporation in 1960. The park project is funded through the State's Prop 68 grant for $2.9 million dollars.
